Heavenly Dance Centre was opened by the world famous Ballroom Dance Champion Andrew Sinkinson on 23rd November 2001 to the acclaim that is is one of the most beautiful dance studios in the world.

The first Ballroom Dance party was held on 9th December 2001. It was a spectacular evening with an attendance of 120 persons. plus a one-and-a-half year old little girl dressed up as an angel to bless Heavenly Dance Centre.

She was fascinated by the computer lighting patterns on the floor, sitting in the middle of the dance floor oblivious to everyone dancing around her. So Heavenly was specially blessed!

Why is Heavenly Dance Centre beautiful:

It has on 8,000sq.ft. dance floor uninterrupted by columns.

　

It has an unobstructed sea view with the Tsingma Bridge in the distance of  the harbour.

　

The dance floor has FIVE layers of shock absorbent materials,  including the final layer of Canadian maple.

　

The large space can e divided into 3 large classrooms.

　

Each classroom has a minimum of two walls of wall-to-wall mirrors. The large classroom is complete with 3 sides of mirrors. The only side without is the sea view.

　

　

For Parties, it can accommodate more than 120 comfortably. It provides a state-of-the-art sound system, and the latest computerized lighting (specially designed by graduates of the Academy for Performing Arts).

　

　

The interior was designed by an experienced designer. The ultimate of simplicity and elegance and chic to inspire every dancer.
